You acknowledge that any additional charges incurred during events or networking sessions, including those arising from services or expenses beyond what the organisers have arranged, such as extra charges from venues or third-party service providers, will be your responsibility. The organisers will not be liable for such additional charges, and you agree to settle them directly with the respective parties.
2. Property Damage:
You agree that any damage to property, including but not limited to the property of other participants, venues, or any other stakeholders, caused by your actions during events or networking sessions, will be your sole responsibility. The organisers will not accept liability for any property damage, and you agree to indemnify the organisers against any claims or costs associated with such damage.
3. Disruptions and Force Majeure:
Events and networking sessions may be subject to disruptions or unforeseen events, including strikes, political instability, natural disasters, or pandemics. The organisers are not liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by such events.
4. Exchange and Financial Transactions:
You are responsible for handling currency exchange and financial transactions during events or networking sessions. The organisers are not liable for any financial losses, currency exchange rate fluctuations, or issues related to monetary transactions.
5. Local Laws and Regulations:
You agree to comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs of the host country during events or networking sessions. Failure to do so may result in legal consequences, and the organisers are not responsible for any legal issues arising from non-compliance.

In the event of an emergency evacuation, you agree to follow the instructions of the organisers and local authorities. The organisers are not liable for any costs or losses associated with emergency evacuations.
7. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, you are responsible for notifying the organisers in advance. While efforts will be made to accommodate your needs, the organisers cannot guarantee that all dietary restrictions can be accommodated at all meal venues.
8. Communication and Connectivity:
While Wi-Fi and communication facilities are provided, the organisers are not responsible for any disruptions, technical issues, or loss of connectivity during events or networking sessions. You acknowledge that connectivity may vary and plan accordingly.
9. Weather and Environmental Conditions:
You understand that outdoor activities may be subject to adverse weather conditions, which can pose risks to your safety. You agree to be prepared for varying weather conditions and to follow safety instructions provided by the organisers.
10. Transportation:
You acknowledge that transportation to and from various activities, including events or networking sessions, may involve risks associated with travel, such as accidents, delays, and changes in itineraries. You are responsible for your transportation to and from the event locations.
11. Timely Arrival and Missed Events:
You are responsible for arriving at each scheduled location and activity on time. The organisers will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the provided itinerary, and any missed events or activities due to your failure to arrive on time will not be the responsibility of the organisers. The organisers are not liable for any missed opportunities or experiences resulting from tardiness.
12. Assumption of Risk:
You acknowledge that participation in activities during events or networking sessions involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen events.
13. Health and Fitness:
You confirm that you are in good health and physical condition, and you have no medical conditions that would prevent your participation in physical activities during events or networking sessions. You are responsible for your health and well-being during these activities.
14. Insurance:
It is your responsibility to obtain adequate travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings. The organisers are not liable for any losses incurred due to a lack of insurance coverage.
15. Waiver of Liability:
You release and discharge the organisers, their agents, employees, and any associated third parties from all claims, liabilities, demands, or actions, including those arising from negligence, for injuries, damages, or loss to your person or property during events or networking sessions.
16. Emergency Medical Treatment:
In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize the organisers to secure and administer medical treatment on your behalf if you are unable to do so. You are responsible for any associated medical costs.
17. Conduct:
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner during events or networking sessions. The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves disruptively or inappropriately, with no refund provided.
18. Personal Belongings:
You are responsible for safeguarding your personal belongings during events or networking sessions. The organisers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your property.
19. Changes to Itinerary:
The organisers reserve the right to modify the event itinerary, activities, and accommodations if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control.
20. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers. In the event of cancellation, you will be refunded the amount paid for the event, minus any non-refundable fees incurred by the organisers.
21. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold the organisers harmless from any claims or actions arising from your participation in events or networking sessions.
22. Photography and Media:
The organisers may use photographs or videos taken during events for promotional or marketing purposes. By participating, you grant permission for the use of your likeness in such materials.
23. Severability:
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
24. Travel Documentation:
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documentation required for international travel, if applicable. The organisers are not liable for any travel disruptions or inconveniences resulting from missing or incorrect travel documentation.
25. Medical Information:
Participants with known medical conditions or allergies must notify the organisers in advance of attending events.
26. Privacy and Data Protection:
Participant data collected during registration and throughout events will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
27. Legal Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal disputes arising from events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts within Australia.

The Organisers reserve the right to change event details, speakers, or any other aspects without prior notice. The information provided during the event is for informational purposes only, and the Organisers do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content. Participants are encouraged to verify any information presented independently.
